It is a well-known fact that actors Dimple Kapadia and Sunny Deol share a very good bond with each other. Having worked together in several projects their love story isn’t really hidden from anyone. The actress was spotted outside the iconic Gaiety Galaxy in Bandra on Tuesday evening which led to the netizens speculating if she was there to watch her rumoured beau’s movie Gadar 2 or her son-in-law’s movie OMG 2. However, her wearing a black bucket hat similar to Sunny’s only added fuel to the already burning fire.

In the video posted by celebrity paparazzi Viral Bhayani, Dimple can be seen donned in black wide leg pants, a white shirt, and the hat. While she kept her makeup minimal, she completed her look with a glasses, a purse and a necklace. In the video that is now going viral, she can be seen exiting the theatre in a hurry. For the unversed, rumours about them being in a relationship started doing rounds in the 80s when they got closer to each other while working in movies like Aag Ka Gola, Manzil Manzil and Narsimha. Their relationship started developing after Dimple separated from veteran superstar Rajesh Khanna. If a report by India.com is to be believed, Sunny was also seen consoling her during her sister Simple’s last rites. 

Talking about Gadar 2, it is a sequel to the blockbuster hit Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001). The partition drama followed the journey of Tara Singh (Sunny Deol) who falls in love with a Pakistani Muslim girl Sakina (Ameesha Patel). After they get married and have a kid (Utkarsh Sharma), Sakina is forced to go to her country by her father, leaving her family. The father-son duo then goes to Pakistan to rescue her. The sequel focuses more on the father-son relationship and how Tara goes to rescue his son, who is captured in Pakistan. Released on August 11th, 2023, the movie is directed and produced by Anil Sharma.
